Sewing Workshops at Dot & Doug Tetbury

Join us this November and December for a series of creative, hands-on sewing workshops at Dot & Doug Tetbury. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to brush up your skills, our workshops are designed to give you the confidence to make beautiful, practical items from scratch.

* All materials, sewing machines, and equipment provided

* Step-by-step guidance to complete your project

* A sewing pattern to take home

* The skills and confidence to make your item again

* Tea, coffee, and biscuits to keep you fuelled

You’ll leave each workshop with a finished product made by you, ready to enjoy or gift to someone special. Additional materials will be available to purchase if you’d like to continue making at home—or even create a second item during the session if time allows.

Make-up/Toiletry Bag – with optional personalisation using our embroidery machine

Christmas Stocking – customise for the perfect festive gift

Children’s Elasticated Trousers – a Dot & Doug design, ideal for little wardrobes

⏰ Details:

* Workshops start at 10am and run for up to 4 hours (with a short 30-minute lunch break)

* Sunday sessions are ideal for beginners, with extra time possible and the chance for more 1:1 guidance

* If you are completely new to sewing, please email us when booking so we can prepare to guide you through using a sewing machine
