My item is faulty


Here at DOT AND DOUG we pride ourselves in our quality. All items are checked thoroughly before shipment. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please get in contact and we can arrange a prompt exchange or guide you through the returns process.




How sustainable are your clothes?


Here at DOT & DOUG we believe every part of our clothing should be as sustainable, organic and ethical as possible. We ensure that every part of our clothing is environmentally friendly, down to buttons and labels. We are constantly on the look out for great sustainable or organic components.




How should I care for my purchase?


We advise washing all clothing on a low temperature wash, as this is kinder to the environment. We advise washing with similar colours, and avoid harsh chemicals and bleach. Line drying is best, and a low temperature iron if required.
You will find individual washing and care instructions on each garment, if you need further advice please get in contact.




How will I recieve my purchase?


All items are sent via Royal Mail. Your purchase will be in a Dot & Doug nstural cotton drawstring bag, and wrapped in our plant startch mailer. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.




What is your returns policy?


If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your online purchase please do so within 31 calendar days. (45 calendar days for sale items) to the following address:

At present customer returns are at the customer's expense, unless faulty.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days.




Can I exchange an item?


Of course!

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased it is best to get in touch with customer services via our contact page to check we have the item you wish to exchange in stock. Please follow our returns procedure and mail your items to:

Once we have received your items we will confirm via email and process your exchange.

If we don't have the item you would like in stock, we will advise on estimated wait times and give you the option of waiting for the stock or a refund.




Delivery


Standard delivery is £3.50 for orders up to £100 to UK and IRELAND. Orders over £100 postage is FREE This will take 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday) to process from time of dispatch and will sometimes require a signature on arrival. Bank holidays and Weekends are not included in working days.

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it on our next working day. Dot & Doug is shut on Bank Holidays and Sundays. If you require an order urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to achieve this for you.

Our Standard delivery covers UK addresses and items will be sent via Royal Mail (unless otherwise stated). Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer than the times quoted above.


Delivery outside the UK will be via Royal Mail and costs £14.99
